Pronto Letter Return Policy
If you must return an order the letters must be in their original condition, undamaged.
You will be charged a 15% restocking fee + shipping costs for your return.

MR Sign Cabinets Return Policy
If an item should arrive damaged, mark the bill of lading as damaged, do not sign, and refuse shipment. Please contact us immediately. All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the common carrier used for shipment. For damaged shipments involving UPS, please retain original packaging and notify us immediately for a RMA number. We will promptly contact UPS and arrange for damage inspection at your location. UPS will return shipments to us after inspection is complete.
NextLED Electronic Message Center Return Policy
Returns are not accepted under any conditions. There is, however, a seven year warranty included with every purchase of a NextLED Electronic Message Center. Labor & parts are included in the warranty.
